Our mailed out sample invites include a color swatch on the back of the card, so you know exactly how your favorite color will be printed.
To order a sample of an invite simply email info@CustomInvites.ca and write 'Sample' in the subject line. In your email please include: your name and mailing address. Custom Invites sends out all sample cards by standard mail once a week.

By Canadian law, shipments within Canada are subject to GST. All shipments within the province of Ontario are also subject to PST. Shipments to the United States are exempt of sales tax.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, Fed Ex or UPS. Indicated cost of shipping is based on standard ground rates. In most cases, your shipment will arrive in less than 6 business days. Shipments within Canada and the United States each have their own flat fee. If you would like a more expedient shipping option, please contact info@CustomInvites.ca
Once your designs have been produced and inspected we will send you a final confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment.

If you package has been damaged during transit or your stationery does not match your approved electronic proof please contact us at customerservice@CustomInvites.ca within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. If we have made an error on our part, please be assured that we will go to great lengths to remedy the situation.
Custom Invites does not accept returns based on color as colors will vary from monitor to monitor. All of our samples include a color swatch.
