Product Questions
All of our designs are created by our in-house Design Specialist through the use of several graphic design applications. We produce all of our designs in-house and we do not sell our designs to mass distributors nor purchase from out-sourced design firms. This gives you pleasure in knowing you are one of the lucky few who can say they really have custom wedding invitations.
We print our designs through a professional and trustworthy print company. We use their digital print technologies to
ensure the most accurate color and design out-put.
We give you the choice. We offer a high quality eco friendly tree-free 100lb card stock.
We also offer a 30% recycled soft white linen 100lb card stock.
The weight is that of a high quality greeting card.

We feel there is a certain cache to a perfectly squared invitation. They have a modern, clean feel to them and also
stand up well when displayed. Your guests will know they have received something special when they open their mail box and see a
perfectly squared, clean, crisp white envelope. Better yet, they'll be able to properly display your memorable 'work-of-art' because it is
folded and not flat.
We do not currently offer this service as it would be very expensive for our clients to have each item individually
printed. We recommend using a professional calligrapher or printing DIY labels.
Custom Invites Service Questions
Absolutely! You can request a different font, color, or layout preference at no charge. Simply select the design you prefer and customize it. After you have saved your design and created an account, select the ‘More Options’ button, and fill out the form. We will respond back within one business day with a proof that meets your requests. You can then choose to order at that time.
We do offer these specialized stationery items at your request however we currently do not have these displayed on our site. When placing your order, please indicate if you would like to receive more information on these items. Each will be quoted individually.

Order Process Questions
We recommend placing your order no later than 3 months in advance of your wedding date.
For each item, rule of thumb is to split your total guest amount in half and then add 25 just to be safe.

Within 2 business days you will receive an electronic proof of your design selections. You may at this time make any
minor edits to wording and then send your change requests back. We will then revise, send back within one business day at which point
you will completely sign off on the design.
You will receive your proof in PDF format. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed,

Once you receive your proof please indicate all necessary changes within your email and send back within one week to ensure we
are able to send it to production and meet your desired delivery date.
Once you have signed-off on your proof your stationery order will then be sent into our production process. Upon production completion your order will be shipped out to you. You will receive a final email from Custom Invites, including a tracking code for your shipment.
